I started working part-time for Jason Ledermann as his Advisor Assistant a year after he became a licensed financial advisor at Waddell & Reed. One of my primary roles has been client communication - calling to schedule appointments, and following up to reconfirm appointments. Of particular enjoyment to me is my participation in several of the client events that Jason and his team sponsor each year. It's always nice to put a face with a name, and I have had the pleasure of meeting many of his clients at these events.
I continue to work part-time, but am fortunate to have the flexibility to be a "snow bird" in the winter (my "home away from home" is Jamaica). My son and daughter, and 3 grandchildren, have all spent time with me there. So I have the best of both worlds!
